Katherine Heigl is reportedly set to play a psychologist on the big screen.
The 33-year-old actress is best known for starring in romantic comedies such as 27 Dresses and New Year's Eve but will be moving into the thriller genre by starring in Face Blind, Deadline reports.
Katherine, who made her name playing a doctor on hit medical drama Grey's Anatomy, will play a psychologist struck with a rare affliction that makes it impossible for her to distinguish people by their faces.
The trouble starts when a man who terrorised one of her patients starts stalking her - and she is unable to recognise him.
The actress will also be a producer on the movie.
Katherine can currently be seen playing Plum, a lingerie saleswoman-turned-bounty hunter, in her latest film One For The Money.
