Mark Hamill played his cards close to his chest when he was quizzed about whether he'd like to be in the new Star Wars movies.
The actor played Luke Skywalker in three of the previous six films and, following the announcement that a new trilogy is in the pipeline after creator George Lucas sold his company to Disney in a £2.5 billion deal, he hinted that he could return.
Speaking for himself and co-star Carrie Fisher, Mark told E! News: "We have questions about it. And really, they're not even at the stage where they're able to answer those questions because, as far as I know, is there a story yet?"
The 61-year-old went on: "Until I know more about what they have in mind, I think it's better to let Lucas Film make the announcements."
Carrie, who starred as Princess Leia, has previously indicated that she would like to return to the franchise and there have been reports that Harrison Ford, who played Han Solo, is also keen.
Following Disney's purchase of the franchise, it was revealed that a seventh movie, with the working title Episode 7, is set for release in 2015.
