Emma Watson on Harry Potter kiss

Emma Watson has revealed that her screen kiss with Daniel Radcliffe had its own challenges.
While she is thrilled the scene in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 delivered the sort of amorousness the filmmakers wanted, she admitted the clinch between her character Hermione Granger and Daniel's alter ego, boy wizard Harry Potter, felt anything but sexy.
"I'm proud of it, and considering how b****y awkward it was, I'm really impressed we managed to make it look anything other than awkward - because Dan and I are like brother and sister, so it was tough making it look passionate," she said.
The snog took several takes. The first was considered too tame, and director David Yates told his stars to be more "pagan and mad".
"I realised I would have fewer takes to do if I just got on with it and just gave David what he wanted, which was a passionate kiss. Which was something that would really rock Ron's boat and really be quite painful and nasty for him to watch," Emma added.
Daniel, who has already described the kiss as "vigorous", added: "I thought it was going to be like a soft, sensual sort of moment, and it was this very vigorous kissing scene. She really went for it. It caught me slightly off guard, but yeah, I'm not complaining."
Rupert Grint, whose character Ron Weasley bears witness to the amorous scene, couldn't stop laughing.
"I just found that too funny. Emma sent me out because I kept laughing. It just looked really strange," he admitted.
