Elisabeth Shue unsure about Piranha
Elisabeth Shue has said she was thrilled to be reunited with Christopher Lloyd in Piranha 3D.
In the 3D horror, which also stars Richard Dreyfuss and Kelly Brook, the Leaving Las Vegas actress joins forces with her Back To The Future II co-star, two decades after the 1989 adventure, to fight off deadly sharks who decide to attack the town's annual spring break celebrations.
"It was funny to find ourselves both working on this film because I did have concerns, and just the title was daunting - it was lovely to see Chris again; he's still like the mad professor from Back To The Future," she told the Independent.
"I hadn't seen him for such a long time and he was the same, lovely, generous, very sweet man that he always was."
Elisabeth, a mother-of-three, revealed being impressed by 14-year-old actress Abigail Breslin, who plays her on-screen daughter in Janie Jones.
"Abigail was just great," she said.
She also said she enjoyed throwing herself into the part of a meth-addicted groupie mother.
"I loved my part so much. Such a great role - the darker, more complex and emotional the part is, the easier it is for me," she added.
