Due Date tops global box office
Due Date has topped the global box office with takings of more than 100 million dollars.
The comedy, starring Robert Downey Jr and Zach Galifianakis and currently being shown in 29 countries, also tops the weekly chart with 15.5 million dollars in its second weekend.
Meanwhile, Unstoppable - starring Denzel Washington - continues to perform well with 11.4 million dollars for the weekend and a worldwide total of nearly 40 million dollars.
Megamind, currently at the top of the US box office, managed 3.5 million dollars and 13th place in the box office chart for the weekend, but it is only being shown in six territories.
The figures, provided by Hollywood.com, also show Skyline in third place with 9.8 million for the weekend, Despicable Me in fourth place with 9.4 million, and Jackass 3D with 8.2 million.
