Disney picks up Witherspoon film
Reese Witherspoon's new movie Happily Ever After has been picked up by Disney.
The Oscar-winning actress is attached to both star in and help produce the fairytale comedy, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The project was pitched to the studio by writer Nahnatchka Khan, the creator of television show Don't Trust The B**** In Apartment 23.
The film catches up with a prince and a princess a decade after their "happily ever after", showing that their relationship, like everybody else's, needs to be worked on.
Reese's upcoming films include the West Memphis Three drama Devil's Knot and Sudanese refugee drama The Good Lie.
