David Arquette for sister's movie?
David Arquette is in talks to star alongside Susan Sarandon and Adam Brody in a new comedy drama directed by his sister Rosanna Arquette.
Hemlock Drive is about an eccentric mother living in Connecticut who learns she is dying and so summons her three adult children home for a weekend.
Susan is in negotiations play the mother, David would play a local bar owner called Murphy and The OC's Adam would play one of the children, Seth, movie blog The Wrap reports.
Producer Kristin Holt said: "She tries to bond the family before she dies, and she makes them throw her a living funeral. It's a very funny dramedy."
"Hemlock Drive will be Rosanna's first feature film. The Pulp Fiction star has directed two documentaries, Searching For Debra Winger and All We Are Saying.
The film was written by Jennifer Carta and Mandy Steckelberg.
