Dame Helen Mirren wants to turn her hand to penning fiction.
"I would someday like to do a book, a novel - I love the process," The Queen star, who has written an autobiography, told the Daily Telegraph.
"It came so easily to me when I sat down to write something, and it took me by surprise because I didn't know I'd enjoy it so much."
But Dame Helen, who is still a sex symbol at 64, won't be taking a leaf out of Joanna Trollope's or Jackie Collins's books to pen a racy novel.
"It won't be a bonkbuster. Writing about love and sex? Not until I'm dead," she declared.
The Oscar winner, who has Russian blood in her genes, is set to appear on the big screen as the wife of Russian writer Leo Tolstoy in The Last Station in her next role.
"There are great similarities to my own life. My grandmother was a Russian countess. The country's class-ridden era coincides with my own," she said.
