The UK's fondness for superhero movies shows no sign of waning, with the latest blockbuster Captain America: Civil War shooting straight to the top of the box office charts.
The film made £14.5 million during its opening weekend in cinemas, knocking The Jungle Book off the number one spot.
Civil War, which stars Chris Evans in the title role, is the third entry in the Captain America franchise and looks set to be the most successful so far.
The Marvel movie has already made more money than the first film in the sequence, 2011's The First Avenger.
Meanwhile, another superhero movie, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, is still showing in more than 250 cinemas across the country.
The film, featuring the DC Comics heroes, has now made £36.5 million - enough to get into the UK's top 10 biggest superhero films of all time.
But it has yet to overtake the £37.6 million made by Deadpool, which remains 2016's most successful superhero movie so far.
The UK's biggest superhero film of all time is 2012's The Dark Knight Rises, which to date has made £58.7 million.
