Elizabeth Banks has revealed some of the extravagant costumes she wears in The Hunger Games are so restrictive she can't even move properly.
The actress reprises her role as escort Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and dons a series of even more eccentric and crazy costumes than she wore in the first film.
Elizabeth said of creating the character of Effie: "There's a lot of jazz hands, it's true - some of that's just the outfits, some of that is I wear clothes where I can't move my arms!"
But the blonde star admitted all the wigs hadn't tempted her to try dying her hair crazy colours.
"I don't know if I'd want to do it in my everyday life, but it certainly is fun to have blue hair for a little bit.
"She certainly is a trend setter and it's just more and more, bigger, better. This time around I have multiple more wigs than I did in the first film so we had a lot more fun with it."
Elizabeth added: "I really love the white leather coat I wear in the first scene. I'm very white, we call that entire look the Ice Queen. When Effie first arrives back in District 12 to start the victory tour it's very appropriate to reintroduce her to fans in something really fabulous. So I loved that coat, also it kept me warm."
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is released in cinemas on November 21, 2013.
