Applegate haunted by 90s eyebrows
Christina Applegate has said she wishes whoever takes on her role in the remake of Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead gets better eyebrow grooming than she did.
When the Anchorman star was 19 she appeared alongside David Duchovny in the movie, which has been earmarked for a remake according to movie blog Pajiba.com.
Christina tweeted: "DTMTBD remake? mmmm. Well one thing is for sure, the fashion will be better and the eyebrows shall be groomed..."
The teen comedy - about a family of kids living home alone for the summer after their elderly babysitter dies while their mother is away on business - is to be remade by 2012 producer Mark Gordon via his The Mark Gordon Company.
Development just began on the film, and it's currently being scripted.
Christina played the teenage sister who faked her ID to get a job in an office so the kids could buy groceries with no mother and no babysitter around.
Duchovny played a sleazy guy in her office who cottons on to the fact she may not be who she says she is, and The Good Wife's Josh Charles played the object of her affections.
No parts have been cast for the remake but fans are hoping Christina, 38, will cameo as the mother.
