Liam Neeson 'Taken' as one of Hollywood's top earners
IRISH actor Liam Neeson has been named as one of Tinseltown's top ten earners.
Financial bible Forbes has revealed the father-of-two earned more than €24 million in the last 12 months.
The actor starred in smash hit sequel 'Taken 2' and 'The Grey'.
The Co Antrim native nabbed the tenth spot, with 'Iron Man' star Robert Downey Jnr taking the top place.
The Forbes’ list determined its rankings by compiling the financial profits of Hollywood’s leading stars between June 2012 and June 2013.
Neeson, who was married to actress Natasha Richardson before her tragic skiing accident in 2008, will star in the final instalment of the Taken franchise for a rumoured $20m deal.
Liam can be seen later this year in action thriller 'Non-Stop', crime drama 'A Walk Among The Tombstones' and romance 'Third Person'.
He also appears in comedy sequel 'Anchorman: The Legend Continues' and voices a part in animation Khumba.
Robert Downey Jr claimed the highest-paid film actor accolade after earning an estimated $75m in the last year.
Other stars making the top ten on the Forbes’ list include Channing Tatum ($60m), Hugh Jackman ($55m) and last year's title holder Tom Cruise ($35m).
