A host of Hollywood's finest let their hair down at various post-ceremony bashes last night.

A number of after-parties were hosted across Los Angeles, with one of the biggest being the Weinstein Company and Netflix bash.

Winner Leonardo attended the party with his mother Irmelin and was seen clutching his statue all evening. The star won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - comedy or musical prize for his performance in The Wolf of Wall Street.

When he accepted the award Leonardo joked that he was surprised to be included in a "comedy" category, and thanked the "fellow comedians" nominated - Christian Bale, Joaquin Phoenix, Bruce Dern and Oscar Isaac.

He wasn't the only A-lister who had their mother accompany them on the red carpet.

American Hustle star Bradley Cooper attended the event with mom Gloria.

Later, the two were photographed sprinting down the red carpet into the same after-party as Leonardo and Irmelin.

Over at the InStyle and Warner Bros party it was former Victoria's Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr who was stealing the show.

The Australian hit the red carpet in an eye-popping Pucci dress.

The floor-length, long-sleeve gown was split from top to toe, with just nine thin metal chains holding it together meaning the mother-of-one had to leave her underwear at home.

Other stars took to social networks to share their after-party exploits.

The Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco, who recently got married, created her very own human equivalent of the Golden Globes - with her breasts.

Seen posing with co-star Melissa Rauch, both grabbed their chests and pulled comedy faces. They then uploaded the picture to Instragram with the caption: "Holding our golden globes at the golden globes :) (sic)."
