THEY came armed with show reels and screen tests to TV3 studios this week as the hunt for the Xpose presenting gig continues.

But not all the stylish candidates have been asked to audition for the elusive six-month contract.

While she is one of the favourites to cover for regular presenter Aisling O'Loughlin's maternity leave, panto star Leanne Moore said that she has not undergone a screen test for the hosting gig.

In fact, the blonde singer knows little about the role.

The 29-year-old, who is already a regular contributor to the fashion show, said that TV3 are already aware of her presenting skills.

This comes after it was confirmed that ex-98FM Gossip Girl Siobhan O'Connor was in the Ballymount broadcaster to try out for the show during the week.

"TV3 already know what I can do, sure I have worked for them a lot at this stage," Leanne told the Herald.

The former Eurovision singer also refused to confirm whether she intends to take up the role if it is offered to her by the broadcaster.

"I really don't know what's going on, I know very little about it," she added.

As well as Siobhan and Leanne, ex-Tallafornia star Kelly Donegan, the former girlfriend of Leanne's beau Dave Behan, is in the running for the role.

A stumbling block that could affect Leanne getting the role is her upcoming stint in new panto Aladdin, which will see her based in Limerick for one month.
