Mobility is crucial for Capricorns. Goats need to keep active and on-the-move so that those creaking joints work well into old age. Knees and shins are vulnerable to scrapes and sprains and must be protected at all times. Running and swift walking are good exercise for Capricorn, who should maintain supple limbs.
Capricorn skin has to be looked after for it is prone to dehydration, whatever the weather. This organ can dry out wind, rain or shine. So skin care should be a permanent part of The Goat’s routine.
Since Capricorn rules the teeth and bones, a healthy calcium intake is important, as well as regular visits to the dentist!
Tedious gym visits are best avoided. But it is important for Capricorn to keep warm at all times to boost flexibility even though the Goat may prefer to feel cool. Warmth is crucial for the prevention of rheumatic pain later in life. Capricorn can expect to trot effortlessly into the twilight years so long as these basic rules are adhered to.
