Daedalic prepare a feast of new playable delights for Gamescom 2014

Daedalic Entertainment will have playable versions of new games Silence, Randal's Monday and FIRE available at Gamescom 2014
Masters of the adventure game, Daedalic are back with three new entries into the genre.
Silence - The Whispered World 2 follows the teenager Noah, as he searches for his lost sister in the fantastic world of Silence. On his search, Noah will join a group of rebels and fight against the false Queen. The game will appeal to fans of classic point and click adventure games, with impressive visuals and mysteries to unravel.
Randal's Monday claims to offer everything a geek could want, with geek culture references including retro consoles, cult tv and beloved flicks. The premise is very Groundhog Day, with Randal selling his best friend's engagement ring, resulting in the friend's suicide and a whole host of other bad things. Randal has to keep reliving the day until he can make everything right and atone for his wrongs.
FIRE sounds great and a concept I'm sure many developers wish they'd thought of. You play the Neanderthal Ungh and must find new fire in your stone age world. The exploration-adventure game will require players to solve puzzles in creative ways and engage with stone age creatures such as mammoths, dinosaurs (um...) and bats. The game tells its story without words, so expect plenty of visual humour and caveman facial expressions.
