Fans of The IT Crowd will be amused to hear that its anti-piracy ad is referenced in one of Assassin's Creed: Syndicate's achievements.
Remember the anti-piracy ad featured in The IT Crowd where the scenario gets more and more ridiculous as the ad goes on? Well, it’s referenced in Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, which has an achievement titled, “You Wouldn't Steal a Policeman's Helmet.”
You can earn this achievement or trophy by hijacking 20 police vehicles. Doing so will net you 15G on Xbox, according to Xbox Achievements.
There are some other novel achievements to unlock besides that. Flipping five vehicles by shooting their horses will unlock an achievement, but at the cost of the game asking you, “What is wrong with you?”
Of course, the usual assortment of achievements also make an appearance. Players will be rewarded for learning skills, completing challenges and memories, and synchronising viewpoints across London.
Syndicate’s secret achievements also provide details of the title’s special level. Stop reading now if you don’t want to know any more about that.
There will be a level set in a simulation of World War 1. Completing it unlocks the “The War at Home” achievement.
Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate will be released on October 23rd on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
