Sedgwick gets Closer to Darling job
Kyra Sedgwick has joined the Kill Your Darlings cast
Kyra Sedgwick is the latest name to join indie drama Kill Your Darlings.
The Closer star has been announced for the cast list alongside Dexter's Michael C Hall, Ben Foster and Jennifer Jason Leigh in the upcoming thriller by director-writer John Krokidas, reported The Playlist.
There is no word as to what role Kyra and Jennifer will be playing, but Ben is set to take on the role of William S Burroughs, with Michael as his longtime friend.
Daniel Radcliffe is already on board as beat poet Allen Ginsberg, while Jack Huston has been cast as novelist Jack Kerouac and Elizabeth Olsen as his wife Edie Parker.
The film will tell the previously untold story of a 1944 murder in Columbia that united the three writers - Allen, Jack and William - and created the Beat Generation in the 50s.
Shooting is scheduled to begin at New York's Columbia University on March 19, for a 2013 release.
