Anna Paquin will star in Black Wings Has My Angel
Anna Paquin is set to join Tom Hiddleston and Elijah Wood in new crime thriller Black Wings Has My Angel.
The True Blood star, who picked up an Oscar aged 11 for her role in The Piano, will join War Horse's Tom and The Lord Of The Rings actor Elijah in the film about an escaped criminal and a high-class call girl whose lives are changed by a car heist, Screen Daily reports.
The movie is based on the novel of the same name by author Elliott Chaze.
Cargo Entertainment, which is also handling upcoming action thriller Undone, has taken on the film.
Cargo's managing partner Marina Grasic said: "It has it all; great writing, rich engaging characters and top-notch talent both in front and behind the camera."
Filming will begin in September.
