Old-school vaudeville club ‘The Dirty Old Town Speakeasy’ is back again this year for the Marlay Park festival, with a host of musicians, comedians and performers.

Revellers can expect performances by guitar orchestras, DJs, reggae collectives and electronic-folk rocksters at this year’s three day event.

Nestled in the sunny corner of the Marlay Park based festival, The Dirty Old Town Speakeasy will also welcome rappers, cabaret performers, circus acts and comedians over the duration of the festival.

Here are four things you can look forward to at The Dirty Old Town.

*A spectacular performance of Tom Waits biopic The Piano Has Been Drinking

*Moe’s Circus: Burlesque, acrobatics, street performers.

*Brownbread Mixtape: Tricks, performance poets and public interviews with musicians hijacked from the bigger stages

*Danny Dowling’s Travelling Comedy Show: A caravan-based business venture featuring sketch, stand-up, hip hop and musical comedy

Stop by and take a seat with a cold beers and enjoy some fine food, loos without a queue, and enjoy the energetic vibe before heading back into the big arena.
