How to get to Dublin's Culture Night in spite of bus strike
Today's Dublin Bus strike will hit tonight's hugely popular annual Culture Night across the city.
The industrial action will also hit the free Culture Night buses, routes A, B, C & D and the Dublin Ghost Bus Tour, which were previously advertised in the Dublin Culture Night brochure.
"These services will no longer be available on the night. The Culture Night team sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused," a statement on the Culture Night website said.
There will be over 3,000 free events taking place across over 40 towns and cities tonight. Over 280 venues in Dublin will open to the public for the occasion.
What are the alternatives?
- All rail (including DART), Bus Éireann, Luas and commercial bus services will operate as normal. Though, users are advised that these services may be busier than normal so planning is recommended.
