Triple Michelin-star chef Marco Pierre White was in a celebratory mood in Dublin yesterday as he launched his latest culinary venture, a cook book entitled 'Marco Made Easy: A Three-star Chef Makes it Simple'.
The straight-talking celebrity chef of 'Hell's Kitchen' fame launched the book at his steakhouse on Dawson Street, a venture in conjunction with the Fitzpatrick family.
Marco revealed that he had commercially produced his own brand of ale, The Governor, named after his dad's Irish greyhound, which broke several records.
The ale will be available in Ireland in March.
