Jill French is the co-curator of 'Implicated', the first exhibition by Implicate Collaborative, along with Emily Bruton, daughter of former Taoiseach John Bruton. Ms French has five pieces of her own in the collection, which features seven artists.

The 28-year-old told the Irish Independent that her experience of being thrust into the public eye after her model sister's death influenced her fascination with identity.

"People are usually apathetic towards privacy until something happens in their own life to challenge that," she said.

The exhibition officially opened at The Mart Gallery in Rathmines, Dublin, last night. John Bruton also attended with his wife, Finola, to support their 28-year-old daughter Emily.

'Implicated' is open for the next two weeks.
