Jennifer Russell

New Irish Writing - Poetry

Jennifer Russell was born in Bantry, Co Cork. After spending many years in the US and the UK, she returned to Ireland to live on the Beara Peninsula, where she set up and co-runs Hungry Hill Writing, a writers' group which hosts two international poetry competitions a year. She has been published in a number of poetry journals and anthologies. She teaches Public Health, part-time, in University College Cork.
