"Life can deal us any kind of a hand, good or bad. Often, it’s a bit of both, and the only difference is what we make of it.  And that’s the subject of this book – how we handle what life throws at us, and learn to make the most of it. In short, it’s a book about happiness," Francis said.

Ultimately, Francis wants readers to understand that happiness is the most important gift you can give to yourself and others.

The tour kicks off on Saturday, 3rd October in Dublin and will roll on to Limerick, Cork, Waterford, Kilkenny, Athlone, Cavan, Tipperary, Galway and finally his hometown in Kerry over the coming months.

Specific details about stops can be found on the Gill and Macmillan website and on Twitter.
