Obama knows that when the 'Hotline Bling' that can only mean one thing.
Hotline Bling was one of the biggest hits of 2015 and it seems that nobody can resist busting a move to the infectious hip-hop groove, not even the president of the United States.
Last week, Obama packed the halls of the White House with musical guests for BET's Love and Happiness: A Musical Experience, as a sort of grand finale of concerts during his tenure as president.
Among the big names in attendance were Usher, Jill Scott, Questlove and the Roots, De La Soul and Janelle Monae.
Ahead of the event, Obama insisted that: “There will be no twerking tonight. At least not by me. I don’t know about Usher.” But he didn't stick to his promise as the video below shows.
The short video is mostly shot from below with Usher visible but if you stick with it for a few seconds, Obama comes into the picture and breaks out some dance moves as the crowd cheers him on.
"Yeah, this is how we do," Usher tells the camera before singing along to Hotline Blong. The r'n'b star then pans the camera over to the US president who is singing and dancing along with singer Janelle Monae.
It's not the first time a political figure has been filmed dropping some Dad dance moves to Drake's viral hit.
In 2015, Donald Trump spoofed Hotline Bling in a sketch for Saturday Night Live, along with actor Martin Short.
