US TV hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest today revealed they think 'Lingus', of Aer Lingus, is actually a place in Ireland.

The pair were discussing Delta Airlines swapping terminals at Los Angeles International Airport and listed out a number of airlines that would be affected by the move.

Seacrest said: "If you're going to Canada, Air Canada...if you're going to Lingus, Aer Lingus. I don't know where that is. I think it's in Ireland somewhere."

Kelly Ripa then added: "Is that true? I've always been curious about Aer Lingus, but I've always been too embarrassed to ask. I'm like, 'What is Aer Lingus?' and I want to go on it."

The weird conversation happens about 12 minutes 30 seconds into the show.
