Video: Boisterous Sunny Obama knocks over child at the White House

It seems the Obama family are just like the rest of us - with pet dramas to boot.

We all know those moments when something unexpected happens.

In this case, two-year-old Ashtyn Gardner had an unexpected fall after the boisterous canine Sunny Obama knocked her over.

Michelle Obama quickly came to the rescue and helped little Ashtyn to her feet.

After rising from the floor unharmed, Sunny apologised by licking Ashtyn on the face and the child started petting the dog like nothing had happened.
