Parents become Internet legends as they recreate daughter and her boyfriend's selfies
As they say, if you can't beat them - join them.
A mum and dad decided to replicate their daughter's duckface selfies, and the results have subsequently gone viral.
American woman Nancy Musson and her husband Craig emulated their daughter Emily's signature poses - including pouts and sticking out their tongues.
The pictures went viral when 21-year-old Emily uploaded them to her Twitter account with the caption, "my parents r actually on drugs or something."
With some 50,000 retweets, the New York City based family were propelled to Internet stardom.
"For my children who always thought I was boring, embarrassing,or dorky,I am Trending!!! Get over yourself. Hoo ya! @emilymusson #momsarecool," mum Nancy wrote online.
"My mom thinks it's hilarious and claims she wants to be on Dancing with the Stars," Emily told Cosmopolitan.com.
The best part? Nancy and Craig have never even met Emily's boyfriend in person.
