You may benefit from a visit to the UK's first vegan and alcohol-free bar in London's trendy Notting Hill.

The unique venue claims that its detoxifying produce will tackle even the worst cases of festive fatigue.

Even at a glance it's clear that the menu was crafted with nutrition in mind, boasting mocktails crafted with fresh beetroot, orange, lime and coconut water.

Certainly not the type of Christmas cocktail we’re used to -  but don't they say that a change is as good as a rest?!

"We are creating a space away from temptation that still feels like a treat," the venue's owner told Metro.co.uk.

Menu highlights include the 'Bombay Love Smoothie', made with turmeric, coconut milk, carrot, lemon and ginger, and 'Green Is The New Black', which features spinach, avocado, cucumber, lime, ginger and coconut water blended with pineapple juice.

The Notting Hill joint also serves food -  think salads with sprouted beans, dates, pecans and avocado.

The venue began as a pop-up two years ago before opening in its present location last July.
