A little boy has expressed his utmost relief that his mum decided to pack extra underwear in his bag, ahead of a stint in summer camp.
In a letter to his mum, which has since gone viral on Imgur, the child commends his mum for having the foresight to pack extra underpants, after he fell ill while away from home.
In the note, littered with charming spelling mistakes, the little boy tells his mum about his dodgy stomach after eating “more push pops than anyone else”.
“Good you packed extra underwear since I had diarrhoea. It got on my shoes but not my pillow,” he wrote.
“I ate more push-pops than anyone else. I’ve eaten 23 since Monday and there’s still two days left.”
The little boy’s charming account of his trip to camp continues, when he tells his mum of a horse riding trip.
“I went horseback riding and the horse in front of me took two huge dumps,” he said.
“Smoke came off the poop.”
The child continues to tell tales from summer camp, describing some of his activities to his mother, which include burping the alphabet, using a tooth brush to dig for worms and filling a councillor’s hat with porridge.
The letter, which was first discovered two years ago, has been shared thousands of times internationally since it was rediscovered last week.
