Olympian athlete and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Louis Smith has released a fitness video that helps dogs and their owners get in shape.
While humans may have overindulged this festive season with turkey sandwiches and mice pies, family pets may have gained a few pounds in the process hoovering up scraps and crumbs off the floor.
So it's only right that pooches should get in on the January health kick.
Rio hopeful Louis Smith has developed an exercise plan for pets and their owners.
He said: ‘2016 is a big year for me. The aim is to get to Rio and represent the nation on the biggest sports stage of all. It’s really important that I’m in peak physical condition, but I never forget about my dog and their need for regular exercise and a proper diet.
Louis’ teamed up with MORETH>N Insurance and Wagglepets, who discovered that 33 per cent of pet dogs are obese.
He runs through sprints, lunges and crunches in the 11-minute video with the help of adorable pets Titch and Gift for the workout video, devised to promote the importance of a "happy and healthy lifestyle for dogs everywhere".
And their owners, of course.
