Remember these two little kittens that DSPCA inspectors rescued last month?

The two kittens were found in a malnourished state in an old derelict building, just metres away from their dead mother and siblings.

The cats were found covered in engine oil, and they were skinny and fragile, but vets were hopeful that the kittens would survive. One of the kittens had to be syringe fed because she was so disoriented.

Now, Cheese and Pickle can be seen happily learning how to play in their foster home in a new video.

According to the DSPCA, Cheese and Pickle are two out of a total of 1,134 cats and kittens which have come through its doors this year.

DSCPA says it is always looking for people to help by fostering, adopting and donating. For more information, email
