Talk about company perks - this is how you really motivate employees.
Game of Thrones returns on April 24, and while most of us will have to wait til we get home from work the next day to enjoy it, one tech company is giving all of its Northern Irish and UK staff the morning off so they can catch up.
The season 6 premiere will air at 2am in Ireland and the UK, to coincide with the US broadcast of the show.

The company, +rehabstudio, a technology agency that counts Google, Disney and Starbucks among its clients, has offices in Belfast and London, and wants to make sure their UK staff can keep up with their American counterparts.
The company shared a screenshot of the ‘Holidays’ section from their online employee handbook on Facebook.
"All +rehabstudio UK staff (London and Belfast offices) will also receive an additional half day (morning) holiday following the first episode of each new season of Game Of Thrones when simulaunched with the US," it reads.
The handbook also warns: "US staff are reminded not to share spoilers on the intranet until after the show has aired in the UK 24 hours later."

Along with the screenshot, the company wrote: "We've given our whole team the morning off after every #GameofThrones simulaunch.... because, well, it's only fair really. Making it better."
A spokesperson for the site told Business Insider that the company has seen job applications “skyrocket off the back of it”.
