Irish property investors may be selling off most of their prime Bond Street shops, but JP McManus (above) and his partner Aidan Brooks are believed to be looking at splashing out almost €21m to buy the Cartier shop on London's Old Bond Street.

Over the last year, Derek Quinlan has sold the €95m Aspreys building on Bond Street, with Lochlann Quinn putting the €35m Prada building up for sale.

McManus is an owner of the €220m Unilever building in London, as well as a €650m office block near Place de Vendome in Paris.
