US online firm Qualtrics to create 150 jobs
TAOISEACH Enda Kenny is set to open a new office of a US online research company which is going to create 150 jobs over the next three years.
Qualtrics allows businesses to carry out their own surveys of customers, staff and analyse the results.
The company is due to hire 50 people for its new Dublin office over the next 12 months and expects to employ a total of 350 people within the next three years to serve markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Qualtrics was founded in 2002 and is based in Utah. Its new European office in Dublin will be its first base outside of the USA. Its customers have used its technology to send out over one billion surveys last year.
It brings the number of new jobs announced this week to over 950.
