Credit where credit's due.
Two of those appointed to the National Competitiveness Council by the Government yesterday are far from 'yes men' or indeed 'yes women' and have the right pedigree to tell it as it is.

Appointing industry insiders, who are unlikely to tow the party line to the body tasked with that onerous job, is a step in the right direction, and should be applauded.
