Thirtysomethings form new oil and gas explorer

A new Irish-based oil and gas exploration company has been set up by a pair of businesspeople in their early thirties.

Companies Registration Office filings show the company's directors are Brian Larkin (34) and Sarah Cooney (33).

Cooney is also listed as a director of facilities management company Reconair Services.

Suzuki signs up teen ambassador

Kenmare-based seventeen year old Adam Brennan has become a brand ambassador for Suzuki on the back of his sailing exploits.

"When we heard about Adam's activities and superb credentials for someone so young, we were keen to support him. He is incredibly enthusiastic and as such he is a fantastic ambassador for our range of ultimate four stroke outboards."

Aston Martins on parade in Dublin

The Irish Aston Martin Owner's club is hosting a an event that will see at least 70 Aston Martins parade through the Phoenix Park.

The club has reserved the St Stephen's Green Hibernian club as its base for the June spectacular.
