Finding the appropriate GIF to match your exact sentiment can be difficult to find - so this new feature will be welcome to all Playstation fans out there.

Sony has just announced its new page on the largest GIF search engine - the first ever official PlayStation GIPHY page for gamers.

The GIFs - designed to reflect great gaming or fantastic fails - can be used and shared on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Whatsapp, iMessage, text and Facebook messenger.

Created by gamers for gamers, around 20 new designs are now available - with many more to come in 2017.

Playstation said they have teamed up with top YouTubers to launch the new page by attempting a series of challenges as measuring their reactions through Playstation GIFs.

"First up is Vikkstar123, who will be attempting to win as many online Rocket League matches in a row as he can, using only randomly generated cars and maps in front of his 3.5m followers," said a Playstation spokesperson.

"Among the other YouTubers set to take part are WroetoShaw, Reev, CapgunTom, Morgz, Kieran Brown and TheBurntChip."

The official PlayStation GIPHY channel is live now and players can start sharing their favourite reactions here.
