Become an armchair traveller in style with Google's latest tour of a far off land - this time its the slopes of Machu Picchu
Google has been out mapping more of the most remote and interesting places on the planet, with their latest trip taking in the awesome beauty of Machu Picchu.
The site in South America is both difficult and expensive to get to, with the Google Explorer team making it possible for anyone to see the incredible sights of this ancient area, where Incan peoples created a vast estate in the 1400s.
It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, but also one where vistor numbers are strictly controlled. This means that it will be harder than ever in the years to come to actually see these ruins first hand, making the Street View experience all the more important.
