Ubisoft's latest quarterly earnings report says that Watch Dogs 2 is coming. Ubisoft also has "a new high-potential AAA brand" in the works.

A sequel to 2014's Watch Dogs is in the works, according to Ubisoft in its latest quarterly report.

There's no trailer to get excited about just yet; we imagine that Ubisoft will hold off until E3 to reveal more about the game.

Interestingly, Ubisoft's report also mentions "a new high-potential AAA brand with strong digital live services," which is set for release this year. Could we be looking at a new MMO or dedicated multiplayer game? Again, we'll have to wait for more information.

As previously reported, Ubisoft isn't planning to release an Assassin's Creed game this year, but it still has For Honor, South Park: The Fractured but Whole, and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: WildLands to come this year.

Ubisoft should have a pretty packed E3 conference this year. Now we play the waiting game until June.
