The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt is a most impressive game in just about every way, from the graphics to the world building, the story and the RPG systems which underlie everything. And adding to that epic and intimate sweep is the score by Polish fella Marcin Przybyłowicz. Here's just a small sample.

Those tones add a huge amount to each and every encounter between Geralt and his monsterous foes, with layers of emotion and awesomeness in each cut and slice. Przybyłowicz has also worked on The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and The Witcher 2 and he's set to continue his involvement with CD Project RED on the upcoming mysterious RPG Cyberpunk 2077.

Information on the new game is hard to come by but the composer has confirmed that he's been working on some early music for it in an interview with Gamepressure. "My superiors already force me to do it, because I spend most of my time with Geralt; however, some first attempts with Cyberpunk were already made."

So it seems some themes are already in the works, but CDPR haven't yet confirmed a release date for the game, saying that all of their attention is still on The Witcher 3 and its second major expansion pack, Blood and Wine, which is due before summer 2016.
