The Division is unleashing an open beta on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC to give players a taste of the open world action title
If you're on PS4, Xbox One or PC (which is basically eveyone, right?) and were at all curious about Ubisoft's upcoming title The Division then now is the perfect time to satisfy your curiousity as the open beta launches very soon.
The content will be live for all Xbox One players on the 18th of February and for PS4 and PC players on the 19th of February - all betas run until the 21st of the month. If you want to get a headstart, the beta is ready to preload right now on your chosen device, regardless of start date.
If you were previously involved in the closed beta and didn't delete the files yet then you'll only need to download around 1 gigabyte to get back into the action, a very smart move on Ubisoft's part. If you did delete the content or this is your first time playing, you'll have to grab 27 gigs or so. That makes it all the more important that you look into preloading as soon as possible to make sure you're ready to go the second the new content is live.
The Division is on PS4, Xbox One and PC from the 8th of March 2016.
