Players have discovered an infinite health glitch in Star Wars Battlefront that seemingly requires people to fly an aircraft into the ground.

If you’ve been playing Star Wars Battlefront, you may have noticed that some players send their X-Wings and TIE fighters careening into the ground. It turns out that they may not be as overly committed, or terrible pilots, as originally thought.

Players have discovered a glitch in Star Wars Battlefront that gives their character infinite health. It appears to be triggered by flying a ship into the ground.

There is video proof that this actually happens; we’re not trying to trick you into flying your craft into the ground. Take a look at the video below – the crash takes place at the start of the video and the action around the one minute mark clearly shows that the player can’t be killed.

The odd thing about this glitch is that replicating it can be tricky. Not every crash landing results in infinite health, believe us, but that’s more down to terrible piloting than trying to replicate glitches; and sometimes the glitch can happen without a crash even occurring.
