Snapchat update is playing havoc with front-facing flash

Snapchat's most recent issue appears to be messing up the timing of the front-facing flash, which means selfies aren't coming out as hoped.
Lighting can make or break a selfie, so it comes as no surprise that Snapchat users are none-too-happy with the recent update that seems to have messed up the timing of the flash.
While the flash goes off as normal, it doesn't light up photos as it did prior to the update. Snapchat has said that it's aware of the issue and is working on a fix now.
Unfortunately, until the fix is ready, your selfie game won't be quite as on-point as usual. You'll have to choose your Snapchat locations and lighting wisely for a little while.
