Rocket League looks set to be released onto Xbox One, after a rating was spotted on the Taiwanese games board website. The listing has since been removed, but it was grabbed by Twitter user Lifelower.
It shouldn’t come as much of a shock that Rocket League may be coming to Xbox One. Developer Psyonix previously said that it would release the game on more platforms – it is currently available on PC and PlayStation 4, so that doesn’t leave too many more platforms left to be covered.
PlayStation 4 and PC players can currently play together, so it will be interesting to see if Xbox One owners will also be able to play with those on PC. It’s unlikely that the two console platforms will play nice.
Since its initial release, Rocket League players have been treated to a wealth of free and paid-for DLC with match mutators, Back to the Future and Portal tie-ins, and free arenas.
Psyonix is yet to make an announcement regarding Rocket League’s arrival on Xbox One.
