Ratchet and Clank revamp out in April

Those cute critters Ratchet and Clank will be back on our consoles in April, with a revamped adventure and a new movie
Sony is spending a lot of time digging into their archives for re-release titles on PS4, and that's no bad thing for old and new players alike.
The latest game to get the new gen treatment it Ratchet & Clank - the original platforming adventure which launched on the PlayStation 2 back in 2002. That's a long time in the world of video games, and a new version gives the company a chance to create a 'reimagining' of the title to include all new graphics as well as gameplay elements from other entries in the series.
The game has been confirmed for release by the 20th of April 2016, and that timeline is significant as a full Ratchet & Clank theatrical movie is set to launch that month. Film and game will be closely related in terms of story, which should make for plenty of crossover from both audiences and hopefully a successful entry in the franchise after a couple of less impressive releases.
Ratchet and Clank for PS4 will feature new boss fights, planets, flight sequences and a whole lot more. It's basically a new game, and we're just fine with that. Here's a trailer.
