Quantum Break may be coming to PC

Quantum Break could be released on PC after a listing was posted on the Brazilian classification board's website.
The Brazilian classification board has posted listings for Quantum Break on both Xbox One and PC, despite it being announced as an Xbox One exclusive.
The report says that Remedy Entertainment’s upcoming time-manipulation action game features or makes references to drugs, profanity, and violence.
Its listing suggests that a PC version is fully playable. Of course, this could be a repeat of The Witness’ recent listing on Xbox, which creator Jonathan Blow later dismissed. He explained that getting it rated now means he wouldn’t have to go through the process if it does come to Xbox later.
Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, previously said that it was possible that certain Xbox One games would come to PC too. He said, "In the case of things like Scalebound or Crackdown or Quantum Break, you know, just to be completely honest with you, we started those games before we really looked at expanding into Windows in the way that I wanted to as part of becoming Head of Xbox.”
A PC release of Quantum Break isn’t a sure thing, but there are promising signs that it will be released.
