The OnePlus 3 will ship without a fingerprint scanner and will be made of a different material if leaked renders are to be believed.

Rendered images have leaked supposedly showing us what the OnePlus 3 will look like.

It's worth bearing in mind that these images may not be real and even if they are they may not show us the final design.

However, if the images posted by mobile-dad are accurate, the OnePlus 3 will be missing some features. There's no fingerprint scanner, which either means that it's been deemed excessive or is to be replaced by something else, and the build materials have changed too.

What's more believable is the handset's purported specs. Apparently, the OnePlus 3 will utilise the Snapdragon 820 processor and feature a 1080p screen.

It's early days yet, so all of these details are subject to change. OnePlus will officially unveil the OnePlus 3 when it's good and ready, but there's no indication as to when that will be.
