A new rumour has cropped up online that says that the OnePlus 3 could feature as much as 6GB RAM.

That’s what’s touted by a new GeekBench listing. That would be quite impressive, considering current flagships pack 4GB RAM.

There are conflicting reports surrounding the OnePlus 3. Another benchmark from GFXBench lists that it will feature 4GB RAM, which is more in line with what has been said previously. The phone is listed as 'Rain A3000' on GFXBench and 'Rain Rain A3000' on GeekBench, so it’s possible that OnePlus could have two models up its sleeves.

Other rumours indicate that the OnePlus 3 will feature a 5-inch 1080p screen, a Snapdragon 820 processor, 64GB storage, a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing one, and will run Android Marshmallow.

The OnePlus 3 is supposedly going to launch in June.
